"Got my pair, but the updates were spotty"
I did get my pair in the end, so to be fair, everything worked out. That said, the updates along the way felt a bit unreliable, and I wasn’t always sure what was going on with my order.

The shoes did show up eventually and they were totally fine, so that part was all good. I just kept getting a little annoyed with the tracking because it would sit there for days without changing, and then I’d start wondering if the package was even moving. Not a huge deal in the end, but I found myself checking it way more than I wanted to. Funny thing is, once they arrived I was like, okay, cool, no problem, I just wish the delivery updates had been a bit more reliable along the way.

I had to exchange my trainers because I somehow ordered the wrong size, which was annoying but also my own fault really.

I messaged crepslocker and they replied quick, like not leaving me wondering what was happening. I sent the pair back and they kept me updated when it got to them, which was good because I always get a bit weird about returns.

The new size got posted out quicker than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. Overall it was easy and not stressful, basically what I needed, and I’d use them again for sure.

I ordered from Crepslocker and the shoes arrived fine, so no complaints there. The only downside was the communication. Replies took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to chase for an update, which gets a bit tiring when you just want to know what’s going on.
